About Sandra Milano

Sandra Milano is originally from upstate New York and relocated to the Cape in 1985, after spending a summer and falling in love with everything the Cape has to offer. As a self-starter she spent her early years on the Cape following her entrepreneurial instincts and formed many lasting connections while ensconcing herself in the community.

In 2008, Sandy started an advocacy business and negotiated on behalf of distressed property owners. Sandy's negotiation skills, analytical thinking and emotional intelligence helped her to advocate for her clients, resulting in a 90% success rate. Throughout her career as a distressed property advocate, Sandy successfully negotiated over 1000 short sales for her clients.

In 2018 she decided to apply those skills and become a licensed Realtor, servicing all of the Cape and Islands from Wareham to Provincetown. She has since developed a flourishing career and remarkable reputation with her clients as well as other industry professionals.

Sandy is in constant communication with her clients as they move through the sales process and goes above and beyond the Realtor call of duty. She is both a home owner and an investment property owner, which not only makes her empathetic to clients as they negotiate the current real estate climate but also gives her real life expertise on both sides of a transaction, which she can share with her clients.

Her expertise and passion for helping her clients achieve their real estate goals has led to her recognition as a Top Performing Agent at RE/MAX Coastal Properties, #1 RE/MAX agent on Cape Cod 2022, Best of Boston 2022 ,Cape and Islands Top Agent in sales. Her listings have been featured in Cape Cod Times and Best of Boston Homes. Her top priority is to provide an incomparable level of service regarding each transaction from contract to closing to her clients. If you are considering buying, selling or investing in Real Estate, Sandy can help you achieve those goals.
